Australia v Old World – Wine Dinner
Some wine dinners play it safe. This isn't one of them.
On Thursday 18 June, Ruckers Hill is hosting its biggest wine dinner yet. An ambitious head-to-head across five ‘rounds’, pitting some of Australia’s finest against their European counterparts from the Barossa, Burgundy, Bordeaux and beyond.
Two of the industry's most respected names — James Ogge from Domaine Wine Shippers and Simon Wills from The Wine Encounter will guide you through the wines and the stories behind them.
The kitchen will be firing on all cylinders with a sublime five-course menu built to match including oysters, prawns, duck, steak and artisan cheese.
Sixteen wines. Five rounds. One great night. Tickets only $140 per person, inclusive of all food and wine. Places are limited.
